- Paid upgrades provide more tracking and additional features
- Upgrade fee is billed one time and is non-refundable

All content, features, and functionality of Hired Journey, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and design, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute this content without permission.
8. Service Availability
While we strive to maintain high availability, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect service availability.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Hired Journey is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will meet your requirements or that it will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Your use of the service is at your own risk.
10. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
